• Information you give us. When you request a quote or send a message: your name, email, phone number, ZIP code, the topic you choose and your message. When you place an order: your name, email, phone number, billing and delivery address and the items you buy. When you subscribe: your email.
• Payment information. Card payments are processed by our payment provider (Intuit QuickBooks). Your card number is sent directly to the provider and is not stored on our website.
• Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our server records technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. When you arrive from an ad, we keep the ad's campaign parameters (such as UTM tags and click identifiers like gclid or fbclid) in a first-party cookie for up to 90 days, so we know which ad brought a request or an order.
